ANNE L. H. STUDHOLME, ESQ.

Anne Studholme left Herrick, Feinstein LLP to start her own firm, A.L. Holloway Studholme LLC, in Princeton, New Jersey. Focusing on the rebuilding of New Jersey cities and downtowns, she routinely represents clients in all aspects of COAH and fair housing issues, from initial project strategies through all stages of applications, trial work and appeals.

Ms. Studholme has been representing a developer on land use issues surrounding the proposed redevelopment of a large downtown institution in a central New Jersey suburb, and has successfully represented developers and property owners in several recent major cases. She is a director of the Land Use Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and lectures frequently at conferences in her field.

Ms. Studholme received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School.
