HON. PETER J. CALDERONE Honorable Peter J. Calderone was appointed as Director and Chief Judge of the New Jersey Division of Workers’ Compensation in 2002 and sits in Trenton, New Jersey. Prior to this appointment, he had been serving as Supervising Judge of the New Brunswick Workers’ Compensation Court. Judge Calderone has held several other governmental positions, including New Jersey Commissioner of Labor, Assistant Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Personnel and Deputy Attorney General. Prior to his government service, he was associated with Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer, and he has served on state commissions and boards, including the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, the New Jersey Master Plan Commission and the Enterprise Zone Commission. Judge Calderone is a graduate of Rutgers College and Rutgers Law School-Newark. He was Law Clerk to the late Justice Frederick Hall.
