How do I apply for PA CLE credits?

When you attend the program, you need to pick up the two-part PA CLE form. You must return the top portion of the form with the stated fee and your PA ID number at the end of the program. The bottom portion is your receipt. Please do not send payment for PA CLE along with your registration. It must be paid at the program. Only checks are accepted for PA CLE payments. For your protection, we cannot accept cash or process credit card payments for PA CLE fees. If you do not bring a check to the program, please mail the form along with your payment to ICLE within one week of the course.
