What are the reporting requirements for newly admitted lawyers?

Pursuant to BCLE Reg. 401:4, the compliance reporting period for newly admitted lawyers begins on January 1st of the year immediately following their admission to the New Jersey Bar. They automatically will be assigned to a compliance group based on their respective birthdays, as provided in BLCE Reg. 401.2.
