Will attendance at NJICLE courses fulfill MCLE requirements in New York and Pennsylvania?

NY CLE:
The Institute's live seminars and audio programs have been approved for NY CLE credit.

PA CLE:
Application is made with the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for substantive and/or ethics credit for virtually all of NJICLE’s programs. A Pennsylvania Attendance and Processing Fee (separate check payable to NJICLE) must be submitted at the conclusion of each live program that you attend. NJICLE processes the credits directly with Pennsylvania. Many NJICLE video replays have live commentators who lead the discussion and are available to answer your questions. Video replays with live commentators qualify for PA CLE credit. NJICLE audio packages are also approved for Pa CLE credit.
