Can I receive New York or Pennsylvania CLE credit for taking NJ Skills & Methods courses?
PA CLE CREDIT Pennsylvania CLE credit is available for all first, second, and third year "live" courses. It is NOT available if you attend a video replay. There is an Transfer and Processing Fee for each course you wish to have applied for PA CLE credit. The fee must be submitted on the day of the course. Please call PA CLE at 1-800-49-PACLE to find out what your PA CLE requirements are before submitting transfer and processing fee. Credits will not be forwarded to PA without your PA ID#. Pennsylvania CLE credit for New Jersey 1st Year Skills & Methods (Total of 30 Pennsylvania credits) Family Law - 6 hours substantive credits Real Estate - 6 hours substantive credits Will Drafting/Probate Practice - 6 hours substantive credits Professional Responsibility - 6 hours ethics credits Civil Trial or Criminal Preparation - 6 hours substantive credits PA transfer and processing is $24 per class (separate check made payable to ICLE) submitted at the end of each session. No credit is given for video replays. Pennsylvania CLE credit for New Jersey 2nd Year Skills & Methods (Total of 7 Pennsylvania credits) Administrative Law - 3.5 hours substantive credits Civil Trial or Criminal Preparation - 3.5 hours substantive credits PA transfer and processing is $16 per class (separate check made payable to ICLE) submitted at the end of each session. No credit is given for video replays. Pennsylvania CLE credit for New Jersey 3rd Year Skills & Methods (Total of 7 Pennsylvania credits) Select two seminars only: Landlord/Tenant; Municipal Court; Workers’ Compensation; Bankruptcy; Small Business; Collection Practice. Each of the two selected seminars is approved for 3.5 hours substantive credits PA transfer and processing is $16 per class (separate check made payable to ICLE) submitted at the end of each session. No credit is given for video replays.
